Esxi是经典的虚拟化产品，在企业个人用户中广泛运用，是基于Linux的虚拟化系统，占资源极低。
将现有的物理化系统迁移到Esxi有以下三种办法：
第一种办法：官方工具
用官方的VMware vCenter Converter Standalone软件，很方便，但是我使用一直报错
第二种办法：备份还原
利用PE下的备份还原工具，将系统备份为TIBX等格式，在ESXI中新建虚拟机后，用PE.iso开机，再将系统还原到分区，这种办法较为复杂，备份及还原过程较慢，还涉及到识别直通USB，不建议采用。
第三种办法：推荐
1.利用diskgenius工具，将系统热备份为vmdk格式的文件。
2.将此vmdk导入到VMware Workstation Pro，然后再导出为ovf文件。（此步骤也可用ovftool来转换）
3.在Esxi中新建虚拟机，选择从ovf文件导入，并选择生成的三个文件，经过长时间的上传，系统就可以开机了。
